SLV UK will endeavor to accommodate all of our existing and prospective retail customers,via our online purchase facilities in our retail section. Although in the past we operated our retail outlets, this has now become impossible to maintain, due to obvious reasons, and to be honest, the somewhat surprising lack of demand for customer service in the current marketplace.

This has most likely been created over the last few years by the internet, and has resulted in low prices becoming the primary reason for purchasing, with customer service being of very little or no importance when now buying goods online, or indeed even in stores and shops.

We will try our utmost to offer the maximum amount of customer service as is possible from internet retailing, and we have an information line in operation, so that customers who require some technical or general advice and support, will have immediate access to this if required.

Stock items
The SLV UK full range of products will be available to purchase online, and if in stock, and ordered before 12 noon, then the customer will have the goods next day. The customer will be informed immediately if a product is not in stock, and also given the date that the item will be available.

An order for an item out of stock, will not be processed, unless the customer has been informed, and agrees to the transaction being completed. Items that are ordered specifically, or specialist items not in stock, must be paid for in full before SLV UK source the items from our suppliers, a refund will only be given on specially requested items, if the goods are deemed to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

All of our 'in stock' items have a 7 day return policy, provided that the goods are not damaged, are unused, and are in the original packaging. You will be required to pay all return postage costs in this instance. Refunds/credits will only be raised to the customer, after we have received the goods back, in satisfactory order. The consumers statutory rights will remain unaffected.

Pricing
SLV UK will operate our price match policy, based on like for like products from UK based VAT registered companies. We will require a quotation on company headed paper, containing all relevant contact details of the supplying company, before the price is matched or bettered.

The company will facilitate regular customers and bulk purchase buyers with special discounts and incentives. These benefits will be agreed by discussion,and the client will be furnished with a personal ID number and a direct telephone line to our sales director,who will personally advise and process the order.

SLV UK are resellers for most manufacturers and suppliers in the UK, as well as our very own DIODE brand products, if however there is a brand or product that is not highlighted on our site,please inform us of your interest as we will most definitely be able to source it for you at the best price available.
